1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to TeleCare+ and all associated services
  • "Service Provider" includes doctors, clinics, and medical centers using the platform
  • "Patient" refers to any individual using healthcare services through the platform
  • "Codelines" or "We" refers to Codelines company, the platform provider

2. Platform Purpose

TeleCare+ is a technology platform that connects healthcare providers with patients. We provide the technical infrastructure only and do not provide direct medical services.

Codelines is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. All medical services, consultations, diagnoses, and treatments are provided by independent licensed service providers.

3. Service Provider Responsibilities

3.1 Licensing and Compliance

  • All service providers must hold valid licenses from the Saudi Ministry of Health or the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
  • Compliance with all healthcare regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Maintain valid professional medical liability insurance
  • Adhere to Saudi medical practice standards

3.2 Medical Liability

Service providers are fully responsible for:

  • All medical decisions, diagnoses, and prescribed treatments
  • Accuracy and appropriateness of medical advice provided
  • Proper medical supervision and patient follow-up
  • Obtaining informed consent from patients
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality per Saudi data protection laws
  • Handling any medical errors or complications

4. Codelines' Role and Limitations

4.1 Technical Services

Codelines provides:

  • Technical platform for appointment scheduling and management
  • Secure video and audio communication tools
  • Electronic medical records management system
  • Payment processing and billing
  • Technical support and maintenance

4.2 Liability Disclaimer

Codelines is NOT responsible for:

  • Quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of medical services provided
  • Medical errors, negligence, or malpractice by service providers
  • Outcomes or complications resulting from medical treatment
  • Disputes between patients and service providers
  • Verification of provider credentials or experience (responsibility of Saudi regulatory authorities)

5. Patient Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information
  • Follow service provider's instructions and recommendations
  • Understand that telemedicine may not be suitable for all medical conditions
  • Seek immediate emergency care when necessary
  • Respect intellectual property and terms of use

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with Saudi data protection laws, including:

  • Anti-Cyber Crime Law
  • Electronic Transactions Law
  • National Cybersecurity Authority regulations
  • Ministry of Health data protection guidelines

7. Payment and Fees

  • Service providers set their own consultation fees
  • Codelines charges platform fees to service providers
  • All payments are processed securely
  • Refund policies are subject to service provider's terms
  • Prices include Saudi VAT (15%)

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, and content, are owned by Codelines. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:

  • Codelines is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from platform use
  • Total liability is limited to amounts paid for platform usage
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate platform access for any user who violates these terms or engages in illegal or harmful activities.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Emergency Situations

TeleCare+ is NOT suitable for medical emergencies. In case of emergency:

  • Call 997 for medical emergencies
  • Call 911 for police
  • Call 998 for ambulance
  • Go to the nearest emergency department
